A mostra apresenta três videoinstalações inéditas, concebidas especialmente para o espaço da Mamute. Trabalhando com obras site-specific, Borne utiliza o próprio espaço expositivo como objeto central de suas proposições. Em A E O, cada vogal deu origem a uma videoinstalação distinta que, por sua natureza, se encontram e se misturam no ambiente. Partindo das formas geométricas correspondentes às letras, o artista desenvolveu três projeções que reproduzem virtualmente o ambiente da sala em que estão instaladas.
This exhibition presents three unprecedented video installations, specially made for Mamute Art Gallery. Using site-specific works, Borne uses the exhibition space as a key element of his propositions. In AEO, each vowel resulted in a different video installation that, for their characteristics, meet each other and merges with the environment. Based on the letters’ geometrical shapes, the artist produced three projections that virtually recreate the space where they are installed.
